JDC Titanium TiAL MV-R/MV-S Hardware is the perfect titanium replacement for your basic stainless hardware on your TiAL wastegate. Each piece is professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium and is a direct replacement for all TiAL MV-R & MV-S wastegates. If you don't need a full kit, you can order each piece individually. See options below.

Kit Options:

• Full Kit (2 Barb or -4AN air fittings, 2 Banjo bolts & washers, outer hardware)
• Outer Hardware Only (6 bolts around the sides)
• (2) Banjo Bolt & Washers Only
• (2) Air Fitting Hardware (Barb or -4AN)

About our titanium:

• Replaces the stainless hardware that comes with the TiAL MV-R/MV-S wastegate
• Each piece is CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.
• Each piece is individually hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!
• Available in bare, burnt, rainbow, or multiple solid colored finishes.
•  If you would like your part anodized in a custom color please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
