JDC 10% Under-Driven Alternator Pulley

When we decided to make an under-driven alternator pulley, we wanted to design something for the Evo community that could perform on the streets or track and also look good enough for SEMA. Introducing the JDC 10% Under-Driven Alternator Pulley! Our pulley incorporates raised guides to help stop your belt from jumping off at high RPMs. This pulley is 10% under-driven, which will lighten the load on your alternator for high-revving motors. These will replace the OEM alternator pulley on Evo 4-9 and works with stock replacement or OEM belts. 

Material Options:

We decided to make this part from the lighter and stronger 6061 billet aluminum and anodize it black for a lifetime of use. The billet pulley is the best bang for your buck if looks aren't quite as important to you as going fast, but of course, we had to offer it in Titanium as well! The titanium pulley is a little heavier than the aluminum one, but it sure makes up for it with the beautiful anodized colors!

Finishes:

• Billet pulleys are only available in a black anodized finish and are not available for any custom color options at this time.
  
  
• Titanium pulleys are available in multiple colors including our famous burnt finish! Each titanium part is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing process to bring out the beautiful colors we're famous for! Applications:

These pulleys will work as a replacement for 1996-2006 Mitsubishi Evo 4-9. They may also work for other applications, but we'll leave it up to you to do your research before purchasing.

Shipping times:

Please allow an average of 3-5 business days for your titanium pulleys to be hand polished and colored. Lead times can be extended depending on your order size and our current order list, but we will update you with an eta if it is longer than normal. We take our time on the titanium pulleys to make sure each one is perfect before it leaves the shop! Billet pulleys are in stock and ready to ship as long as they don't say "sold out" on the site.
