JDC Titanium Turbo to Manifold Stud Kit

Using the factory turbo to manifold bolts and studs with an aftermarket turbo can result in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate sealing force, which will result in an exhaust leak. This kit will allow you to properly seal the exhaust manifold to the turbo and will never rust or corrode!

• M10x1.5x40mm 
• M10x1.25x45mm

• (4) M10 Studs, Nuts, and Washers
• Additional sizes and quantities can be purchased individually here.

Features:

• Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs.
• Each stud incorporates a hex key tip that allows easy installation with an Allen wrench.
• Each stud/washer/nut assembly weighs only 0.7oz total.
• Available in bare, burnt, or multiple colored finishes. If you would like your studs anodized a custom color please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.

*The same studs will fit multiple vehicles. Please check the clearance and thread pitch on your manifold before ordering. Some manifolds will have less clearance than others. We do not accept returns on custom-colored parts, so please make sure you know what you're ordering!
