The JDC Titanium Valve Stem Caps are professionally CNC machined from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium. Each cap is laser etched with the JDC logo on the center and is hand polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment.

Please allow an average of 3-5 business days for your caps to be hand polished and colored. We take our time on these to make sure each one is perfect before it leaves the shop!
